Vista Disk Cleanup

On my laptop I have windows vista home premium SP1.
The problem with that was after defragmenting it, instead of making more free space it reduced.
Before defragmenting I had almost 120gb free space and after defragmentation it converted to 115gb as I cancelled in between when I viewed the result. That means it took almost 5gb space more in the process defragmentation.
After searching a while I found this

Got this "It's all because of shadow copies"

This helped me a lot and made available free space around 137gb.
Just go to the properties of your disk which you want to cleanup and in general tab click "Disk Cleanup"

After selecting you will get

in more options cleanup shadow file.
